Organize 10 neighbors who have unused or under utilized backyards and receive
a discount.
Neighborhood CSA's
(Community Supported Agriculture): A neighborhood becomes a CSA and organizes
such that they produce a variety of food stuffs that can be swapped and distributed
throughout the city.
