About Radio Forest :

Radio Forest is a radio installation commissioned by Musica in Neerpelt, Belgium. It will debut during their Klankenbos Festival in September 2005. Located within a forest, Musica asked
Stijn Schiffeleers and Amy Franceschini to propose a sound project in reactionto this space.Upon thier first visit to Music in December 2004, Amy and Stijn'sfirst impression was the roaring sound coming fromthe freeway passing through the forest. It was such a dominant sound factor, that they proposed to broadcast forest sounds from within the forest to the carspassing
by on the freeway.
